I considered this student low-performing because most of the answers that they write down were either incomplete or completely wrong. This student did not take the time to write a complete answer and a=did not answer the question often. In addition the student did not receive full credit for question 9 on part two of the web quest. It appears that this student either did not understand what the questions were asking of them or they did not read the questions well and was rushing through the assignment.
